Return Window

• Items must be returned within 24 hours of delivery.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return

1. Email: billing@NursesDirectUSA.com within 24 hours of delivery to request a return.

2. Include your order number and reason for return.

3. If approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a shipping label if needed.

Store Credit Issuance

• Once we receive and inspect your returned items, store credit will be issued to your account.

• Store credit can be used for any future purchase on Nurse Fits USA.

Non-Returnable Items
